nymos is the complete app, managed for you: no different product, no smaller feature set. Everyone starts on the same free trial.

The trial

60 documents within 7 days, whichever runs out first, free, with no account and no credit card. The counter lives server-side, so reinstalling the app does not reset it; the pill in the main window's header and Settings ▸ About both show where you stand. When the trial ends, suggestions pause and nothing else changes: your files, settings, templates and full history stay exactly as they were.

Managed

The way to run nymos: install and rename, no setup, no API key. After the trial it becomes a subscription, monthly or annual, sized by how many documents you rename per month. The allowance resets every month, on annual plans too, and upgrading to a bigger plan happens right from the app. Managing the subscription, cancelling or finding an invoice, happens in a hosted customer portal; the app never builds account screens of its own.

Already purchased?

If you subscribed on the website, your receipt carries a license key. Enter it under "Already purchased?" during onboarding or in Settings ▸ About and the install adopts your subscription. One subscription covers a small number of your own Macs; they share the same monthly allowance.

What a rename counts as

One rename is one file successfully renamed. A file that fails to produce a name does not count, and renaming the same file again later is a new rename.
